Manufacturing Technician I, M-F 6AM to 2:30 PM, Manchester site

Manufacturing Technician I position at a pharmaceutical services company in Bedford, NH. The role involves performing supervised manufacturing operations including equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic compounding, filling, and vial labeling under sterile and non-sterile conditions
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizers in cleanroom environments
• Operate sterilization and processing equipment including autoclaves, ovens, and vial washers
• Maintain production documentation including logbooks and batch records per SOPs
• Sanitize production areas and identify deviations from normal operations

Requirements

• 0-2 years manufacturing experience, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to weigh, measure materials, and operate basic benchtop instruments
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and seek help appropriately
• Physical capability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for 6 hours
