We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Estimator to join our growing team in Escalon, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges, preparing accurate quotes, and working closely with production to deliver quality products. What You’ll Do Review project requirements, take-offs, and technical drawings with design staff (MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE & SKILL). NOT A TYPICAL SALES JOB. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions from Morrill’s extensive product line Prepare accurate quotes, job orders, and purchase orders Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Develop knowledge of products, part numbers, specifications, and applications Support pricing, cost analysis, and competitive quoting strategies Assist with sales growth initiatives and customer support activities Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner Ensure timely execution of department objectives and priorities. Maintain punctuality and satisfactory attendance. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate 4+ years of sales experience, account management, or related experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills. Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to calculate and interpret figures including percentages, commissions, and basic geometry. Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Escalon, CA 95320 . Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management. Experience in agricultural equipment sales or manufacturing environments. Strong presentation skills for one-on-one and group settings. Working knowledge of cost analysis and pricing strategies.
