Job Details Job Req ID: 107288 Job Type: Full‑time Work Category: Hybrid Telecommute Compensation: $93,800–$140,600 Role Overview As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will analyze financial and business data to assess the impact of projects, systems, and transactions on the company’s bottom line. You will conduct thorough research in areas such as financial performance, expense management, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment. Key Responsibilities Prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, finance, and other business domains. Create detailed work plans, conduct in‑depth analysis, and produce insightful reports that influence management decisions and drive strategic changes. Formulate department budgets, review actual expenses versus budget projections, and issue monthly variance statements. Contribute to development of department procedures and performance measures. Conduct special financial and business‑related studies as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 4years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, or mathematics experience reflecting increasing responsibility, OR 3years of Gallo experience with business analytics and financial modeling, OR 3years of Management Consulting experience. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel. Required to be 18years or older. Capability to travel up to 5% of the time to company offices and meeting locations. Desired Qualifications MBA degree plus 4years of finance or accounting experience, OR bachelor’s degree plus 6years of finance or accounting experience. Intermediate proficiency in MS Access, SAP, Outlook Soft, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Experience in mathematical analysis, statistical tests, and data interpretation. Experience presenting to top management, public groups, and boards of directors. Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relevant to the field.
