Patient Access Representative – Pomona, CA

Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $23/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 hours
Shifts: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a Patient Access Representative for a hospital business office in Pomona, CA.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 -3 years experience in a hospital or medical office setting , including registration knowledge .
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Utilization of systems: PC, fax, phone, scanner, copy machine, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CPT and HCPC codes .
  Preferred Skills:
  Data entry. Minimum 1 year insurance verification in healthcare setting.
