Certified Mobile Notary Service specializes in bringing fast, professional notarial services directly to clients wherever they are. We are expanding in Joliet, Illinois and need a reliable Mobile Real Estate Notary ready to make an impact.
Whether notarization is your side income or your full-time focus, we help you get certified, get booked, and get paid.
Responsibilities: Conduct signings at client-chosen locations, walk signers through their documents, and ensure everything is properly dated, signed, and notarized under Illinois law.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid Notary Public commission. Willing and able to pass a background check. Experience with loan document notarization preferred. Professional, punctual, calm under pressure, and eager to learn.
Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Joliet, Illinois.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
