  • Inspect assemblies and wiring for accuracy, workmanship, and adherence to schematics and electrical diagrams.
  • Utilize and update documentation as required to support engineering changes and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work efficiently on an assembly line or in a production environment, meeting quality and productivity expectations.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with lockout/tagout and other safety certifications as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive, productive work environment while also being able to work independently.

  • Experience using hand tools to drill, tap, and assemble electrical panels, including drilling and tapping sheet metal.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical and electrical assembly in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and write in English to understand work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time while performing assembly tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime when required to support production demands.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with control panel building on an assembly line or in a high-volume production environment.
  • Familiarity with PLC components and control panel layouts.
  • Experience with inspection of electrical and electronic assemblies for quality and compliance.
  • Comfort using both hand and power tools for drilling, tapping, cutting, deburring, and assembly.

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment, including lockout/tagout and equipment-specific safety procedures.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain certifications as necessary based on function, such as lockout/tagout and fork truck certification.
Why Work Here?

You will join a growing organization that is expanding its operations and adding new shifts, creating opportunities for stability and long-term growth.
