Our benefits, coupled with our compensation programs and the opportunities to build a career through the experiences the Company offers, deliver competitive rewards that continue to differentiate us in the market Job Description The person in this position must meet the following requirements: Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment Must have good attendance Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (certifications are preferred) Must be experienced with all types of fabrication machinery (brakes, shears, spot welders, swaging and beading machines, rollers, iron workers, drill presses and various hand tools) Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints Use critical thinking when making decisions Must be able to prioritize workload and take direction as needed Must be willing to work overtime as needed Must be able to lift 50 lbs Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions Maintain a neat and orderly work environment Have a high school diploma or GED Pass the welding test Additional Information To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
