Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active MA physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. Experience with EMR systems; familiarity with Raintree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Productivity experience treating approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred. Experience working in a patient-centered outpatient clinic model preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00–16:30. Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Schedule flexibility: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days; must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30. EMR: Raintree. Must be willing to float to other facilities when requested.
