Flux Core Welders
Location: Fort Worth
Shift:
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM or Weekend shift 4am to 4pm - Fri, Sat Sun
Overtime is mandatory
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Flux Core Welders to join a leading manufacturer specializing in utility poles and monopoles. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and earn competitive pay based on your performance.
Job Details:
Perform Flux Core welding using 1/16" or .052 wire
Welding structural steel components for utility applications
Maintain high standards for weld quality, safety, and efficiency
Weld Test Requirements:
2G Bend Test
V-Groove with Backing Bar on 1” Plate
Pay Rate:
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on weld test performance
Requirements:
Experience with Flux Core welding (heavy gauge material)
Ability to pass the required weld test
Reliability and flexibility for mandatory overtime
