Hiring Experienced Flux Core Welders – 2nd Shift & Weekend Options
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76123.
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer of utility poles and monopoles and are looking for skilled Flux Core Welders to join their growing team. If you have experience welding heavy structural steel and are comfortable with mandatory overtime, this is a solid long-term opportunity.
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
- Weekend Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
- Overtime: Required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform Flux Core welding using 1/16" or .052 wire.
- Weld thick-gauge structural steel components.
- Follow safety standards while maintaining strong weld quality and productivity.
- Support fabrication of large-scale utility structures.
Weld Test Details:
- 2G Bend Test.
- V-Groove with Backing Bar.
- 1” Plate.
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Pay is determined by weld test results and demonstrated skill level.What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Flux Core welding on heavy material.
- Ability to successfully pass the weld test.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
