Fort Worth Company: Needing Welders for Utility Pole (Monopoles) FLUX CORE .052 and 1/16 wire welder. 2nd shifts Pay is $21.00 - once hired permanently it will go to $25.00. Weld Test Expectations: 1G Flat. Double Bevel. 1inch Plate with Backing Bar. + Bend Test. Retention Bonus: After temp-to-hire associates are hired - all are eligible for a retention bonus. Payment of retention is as follows: Welder and Machine Operator Retention Bonus Program:
- 1,326.50 for new employees after we hire on permanently after 30 days hired.
- 1,326.50 for new employees reaching 180 days once hired on.
