Woodland Hills - Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

About the Role In this position, you will focus on high-stakes employment litigation, taking on significant responsibility in complex wage and hour matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Litigating sophisticated California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA cases. Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests. Drafting and arguing key motions to advance case strategies. Preparing witnesses for depositions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Managing multiple litigation projects simultaneously from inception through resolution in a fast-paced environment. Partnering closely with team members to deliver top-tier service and legal counsel. What We're Looking For Must Have: 3 to 6 years of litigation experience. Active California State bar license in good standing. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Strong academic credentials paired with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team. Nice to Have: Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred; however, candidates with strong core litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered. What's on Offer Salary Range: $210,000 – $260,000 annually (determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity).
