The individual will interact closely with technology leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and work with Central Accounting team to support the monthly close processes.**How you’ll CREATE:*** Ensure the accuracy and completeness of global consolidated financial results for monthly/quarterly actual, forecast and budget reporting.* Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods for both P&L and cash flow performance.* Maintain and update the operating expenses and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.* Collaborate with Technology leadership and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects, investment, and strategic initiatives.* Provide financial guidance and analysis on project spend, resource allocation, and investment health.* Work with Central Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end actuals* Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.* Support IPE (Information Produced by Entity) documentation and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal control requirements.* Assist with implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and processes.**Bring your VIBE:*** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting* 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.* Experience supporting technology organizations a plus, not required* Strong understanding of financial statements & accounting policies* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications* Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platforms* Experience with Agentic AI tools prompts* Prior experience with data analytics or tools a plus, not required* Experience working with Hyperion, BPC or SAP is a plus, not required**Perks Playlist:**Join an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day.
