This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, forming strategic relationships, organizing community events, and producing measurable results.You will help grow a mission dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders while building a meaningful, financially rewarding, and purpose-centered career.Your ResponsibilitiesRecruit, develop, and lead a regional outreach teamEstablish relationships with golf courses, businesses, and community partnersCoordinate and oversee fundraising and outreach eventsCreate regional performance goals and monitor progressCoach team members and maintain consistent operating standardsIdentify new opportunities for regional growthWork directly with executive leadership on strategy and expansionPreferred BackgroundAt least five years of experience in leadership, sales, business development, B2B relationships, or managementMinistry, evangelism, nonprofit, or community outreach experience is welcomedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build lasting professional relationshipsComfortable working with goals, performance metrics, and accountabilityFamiliarity with CRM platforms and basic reporting toolsA genuine heart for Christian service and helping veterans and first respondersAn interest in golf or an understanding of how golf can bring people together is a plusWhat Guardian OffersCompetitive base salary with performance bonusesHealth insurance benefitsOpportunities for advancement into executive leadershipThe ability to build and lead a meaningful regional operationA faith-centered culture focused on service, growth, and lasting impactThis is more than a traditional management position.
