Business Operations Manager - Latvia

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Business Operations Manager, you will lead commercial operations in Latvia, ensuring strong local execution across the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the overall performance of the Latvian market, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention inline with Baltic strategic objectives. Act as the primary market owner and expert for Latvia, providing insight on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to shape local strategy. Work closely with Baltic and central cross‑functional teams to provide local market input and ensure initiatives are effectively adapted for the Latvian market. Drive a data‑led mindset, closely monitoring KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, retention, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance. Contribute to market performance and budget management. Oversee and support the effective functioning of the Latvia office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a well‑organised, productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

3 years’ experience within a similar role and 5+ years in the gaming industry. Strong ability to read data and analytics. Fluency in Latvian and English. Experience in online business. Data‑driven and KPI‑driven with ability to work in broad teams. Understanding of Customer Lifetime cycle and value. Hands‑on leadership and motivational skills.
