Whether you’re a licensed **PE** or an **EIT ready to take the next step**, this is your chance to make an impact on projects that shape communities.In this **hybrid role**, you’ll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects—think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. If you bring strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating innovative solutions, we’d love to have you on our team! ***Please submit a complete application that includes your resume and a short project list.*****Role accountabilities:*** Prepare site development plans using **AutoCAD Civil 3D** or similar software* Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts* Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies* Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation**Qualifications & Experience:*** 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects* Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred* Proficiency in **Civil 3D**, stormwater modeling, and related tools* Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes* Excellent communication and project management skills* Commitment to health and safetyWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
