Operations Manager

Our client in Coppell, TX, is seeking an Experienced Operations Manager. The role oversees Quality, Production Schedulers and Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The operations manager plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront. The ideal candidate:

• 5 years of leadership experience in print manufacturing or fulfillment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Analytical skills for managing capacity data and departmental budgets.
The position offers a base salary ( salary may be negotiable based on experience) plus Weekend Shift Differential/ OT and bonus pay. What we Offer:

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).

• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational workflows to ensure consistent execution.

• Direct internal and external quality audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

• Drive operational excellence using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational budget tracking to optimize cost-to-quality ratios.

• Manage, coach, and evaluate QA specialists, inspectors, and operational supervisors.

• Serve as the functional bridge between production/engineering, product development, supply chain, and customer service.

• Champion a company-wide culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
