Bar Porter - Beverage - Philadelphia (Part-time)

Job Title

Responsible for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products.

Responsibilities

Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests. Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par. Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed. Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner. Stocks main coolers with all beverage products. Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins. Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests. Requires heavy lifting. Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations. Understands all PLCB regulations. Abides by company and department specific appearance standards. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in smoke filled environments. Must be RAMP certified. Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

A Few Must Haves High school diploma or GED preferred.
