As a telecommunications technician you will be trusted to work on specific technology.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
- Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.
- Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory
- Responsible for creation, modification, and removal of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
- Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
- Responsible for responding to security incident reports
- Works with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- Experience: 1+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory; SupportIT ticketing system; Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
- Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
- US citizenship required
- Certification: Must be 8570 compliant with a Security + certification

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
