Restaurant Manager / General Manager (Fast Food / Quick Service)

Location: Granite City, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $48,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience) + Bonus Opportunities

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Restaurant Manager / General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). This leadership role is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable work environment.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast food preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and financial performance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Experience with high-volume restaurant operations.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
