Job Details:

• Location: Portsmouth, NH
• Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts and every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; proficiency in telemetry; certifications including Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); no prior years of experience specified; the candidate must be able to work in the specified location and meet the necessary certification requirements.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires working on a Cardiac Medical Unit with specific procedures such as thoracentesis, peritoneal dialysis, tracheostomy, pacemakers, cardiac catheterization, and CIWA assessment. The unit cares for patients with chest pain, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, among other cardiac conditions. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex cardiac patients and working with advanced technology, including IV pumps, Hiflo, Bi-pap, and Kangaroo pumps.
