Part-Time Bookkeeper
A confidential startup company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper. Handle monthly bookkeeping tasks including QuickBooks entries, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping. Approximately 10–15 hours per month, with flexible scheduling. Remote position with occasional in-person meetings if necessary. Support accurate financial management during early-stage company growth. Startup culture with a collaborative and flexible work approach. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage monthly financial transactions and maintain organized accounting records using QuickBooks.
Record and reconcile monthly financial transactions in QuickBooks Prepare basic financial reports Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records Assist with tax preparation documentation Coordinate with the company's CPA or financial advisor as needed
Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in a startup or small business Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
