We're redefining the way people celebrate, connect, and play.ROLE SUMMARYWe're seeking an Event Manager who is equal parts strategic planner and hospitality guru. You'll be responsible for planning and executing top-tier events - from corporate outings and birthday parties to brand activations and community tournaments. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver the signature Five O Fore experience every time.RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Client ExperienceRespond to inbound event inquiries and conduct venue toursDevelop custom proposals and packages tailored to client needsBuild lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and community partnersPlanning & LogisticsCoordinate all event details: timelines, menus, staffing, equipment, entertainment, décor, and moreWork closely with the culinary, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless executionOversee event setup, run-of-show, and teardownOn-Site ManagementBe the face of the event - greeting guests, solving problems, and keeping the vibe highSupervise day-of team members and manage real-time logisticsEnsure every event reflects our brand of hospitality, energy, and excellencePost-EventConduct post-event follow-ups and gather feedbackManage event recaps and internal debriefs to improve future experiencesTrack data and report on sales, profitability, and guest satisfactionREQUIREMENTS3+ years in event management, hospitality, or related experienceProven success planning and executing events from start to finishExcellent organizational and communication skillsHigh energy, solution-oriented mindset, and love for fast-paced environmentsAbility to work evenings/weekends as neededBonus if you've worked in entertainment, nightlife, sports, or restaurant groups
