The Club Utilization organization is responsible for driving owner engagement, satisfaction, and overall utilization across all clubs through a centralized model that ensures consistency and efficiency across brands. It oversees the full lifecycle of club programs—including governance, education and engagement, enhancements, and marketing—to deliver a seamless owner experience. Within this structure, Club Management advocates for members through program governance and oversight of rules and guidelines, while specialized teams focus on educating and engaging owners, maintaining program integrity, enhancing capabilities, and driving marketing strategies that inspire travel. Together, these teams partner cross-functionally to translate strategic priorities into initiatives that increase bookings, arrivals, and long-term owner value.

Within this structure, the Manager, Resort Optimization and Program Delivery represent Club Management and leads cross-functional efforts supporting resort optimization initiatives, including resort closures and Club Wyndham Access (CWA) swap servicing strategies. The manager translates business objectives into executable project plans by defining scope, deliverables, stakeholder responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication requirements. This role ensures business partners and servicing teams receive clear guidance, accurate documentation, and timely decisions necessary to execute owner-facing plans consistently. When issues or unanticipated business needs arise, the manager coordinates the appropriate subject-matter experts and decision-makers, clarifies Club Management expectations, evaluates potential solutions, and drives issues through resolution. The manager also supports broader Club Utilization priorities by leading or assisting with assigned priorities, improving operational processes, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with organizational goals.

How You'll Shine:

Resort Optimization Support: Representing Club Management to lead and coordinate cross-functional tasks that support resort closures, CWA swap servicing strategies, and other resort optimization initiatives. Translate business direction into executable plans, align impacted teams, and maintain oversight through implementation to support consistent owner and operational outcomes.

• Program Planning and Delivery: Define Club Management’s program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, roles, and timelines. Coordinate work across participating teams, monitor progress against the implementation plan, and adjust delivery approaches as business needs or constraints change.
• Owner Impact and Servicing Strategy: Assess the potential effects of resort optimization decisions on owner reservations, bookings, accounts, and servicing requirements. Develop and coordinate practical servicing approaches, including account adjustments and swap options when appropriate, to support consistent execution and minimize owner disruption.
• Risk and Stakeholder Management: Identify and monitor program risks, issues, decisions, and cross-team dependencies; establish mitigation or escalation plans and drive matters through resolution. Facilitate stakeholder alignment, communicate program status and trade-offs, and ensure the appropriate business owners and decision-makers remain engaged throughout delivery.

Broader Operational Support: Lead operational improvement and governance activities as assigned that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and execution across Club Utilization. Establish scalable practices and resources that help teams deliver work in alignment with organizational goals and approved standards. Responsibilities will be a mix of project-based, ongoing, and assigned based on department priorities.

• Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Evaluate current-state workflows, performance information, and recurring service challenges to identify improvement opportunities. Lead the design and implementation of streamlined processes that improve quality, speed, consistency, scalability, and the effective use of team resources.
• Operational Governance, Documentation, and Guidance: Establish and maintain governance practices, operating standards, controls, and decision pathways that support consistent execution.
• Support of Club Utilization priorities and goals: Lead or assist with assigned priorities as defined that support achieving the department objectives and key results.
• Other duties as assigned

How You'll Shine:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Training Requirements

• Training in project management is preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience balancing strategic planning with execution
• Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong, proven project management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Demonstrated knowledge of reporting skills, trending analysis and needs assessment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external partners
• Oral and written communication skills sufficient to communicate clearly and grammatically both complex and simple messages to a wide audience either within or outside of the organization
• Knowledge of vacation ownership, hospitality, or customer experience industries preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Experience navigating project management or collaboration tools preferred (Jira)
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred (Power BI)

Job Experience

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, operations, or related field
• Experience participating in complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Experience in vacation ownership, travel, or hospitality industries preferred
  

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
