Role Description:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Wuest - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of insurance reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Series 6/63/65 or 7 licenses and SIE designation preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance.
