Take2 is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer who currently holds a minimum of a Secret Clearance. This position is onsite and will require you to work out of MacDill AFB in Tampa. We are looking for a SNOW Admin that is looking to further career into an engineer, but not a developer. You will work on the implementation side of things. Job Description: ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer Key Responsibilities Design, document, and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions. Lead implementation and configuration efforts across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and ITAM modules. Develop and execute data migration strategies, including ETL processes, transformation mapping, and validation activities. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as Splunk, Tanium, Active Directory, and authentication platforms. Establish and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and secure authentication solutions. Support deployment of ServiceNow within secure and air-gapped federal environments. Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Provide ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support, including platform updates, patching, monitoring, and enhancements. Support Agile project activities, technical reviews, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder training. Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, status reports, and project deliverables. Required Qualifications Active Secret security clearance or higher. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, and sustainment experience. Experience supporting ServiceNow in federal or other highly secure environments. Strong experience with ServiceNow module configuration, system integrations, and large-scale data migrations. Experience integrating Active Directory, MFA, YubiKey, or similar authentication solutions. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL methodologies and Agile delivery practices. Experience developing technical architecture documentation and solution designs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, or SAM. Experience with DoDAF, FEAF, or other federal architecture frameworks. Experience supporting secure, disconnected, or air-gapped environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Take2 Consulting, LLC
