Banquet Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking to add a Kitchen Supervisor to our team. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Vision 401(k) Free Associate Parking Free Meal for every shift worked 25% Discount in Resort Outlets Hotel Discounts with OPL Friends and Family Discount Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders Supervise food prep and cooking Ensure correct plating and temperature of food Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators) Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead Cook Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and standard kitchen procedures Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulationsExcellent organizational skills Conflict management abilities and critical thinker Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Previous experience as lead cook or supervisor The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
