This is a hands-on role for individuals with strong initiative who are ready to perform critical materials testing in the field to support high-quality infrastructure development. Whether you're experienced or looking to get started in this industry, we provide training and growth opportunities for committed team members.Compensation: $25-35+/hour depending on experienceLocation: Tucson, AZ FLSA Exemption: Non-ExemptSchedule: Working on Dispatch (Hours may vary)What you'll be doing:Perform routine field testing of construction materials (e.g., soils, concrete, asphalt)Verify conformance to construction plans and specificationsAccurately complete daily reports and datasheetsFollow procedures and safety standards in all field activitiesPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisorTravel to job sites using company or personal vehicleWhat you have:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license (required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsAbility to pass a drug screeningStrong initiative and attention to detailWhat will make you stand out:ACI certification in Soils, Concrete, or Asphalt; ATTI certificationPrevious experience with field testing on construction projectsClear and accurate documentation skillsDependable and safety-conscious work habitsPreferred Certification(s):ICC CertificationsCMT Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
