Description

• Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
• Implement focused physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional performance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists, to enhance patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
