Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Conflicts Attorney (AmLaw100) Category: Jobs Organiser: Plona Partners Description: Plona Partners is recruiting a Conflicts Attorney for an AmLaw100 law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing conflict of interest reports for new business and lateral hires. Key duties include identifying potential conflicts, assisting partners with resolution, drafting engagement and waiver letters, and managing the firm's ethical walls. The role requires exercising independent professional judgment and conducting corporate research using tools like Lexis/Westlaw and Dun & Bradstreet. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and hold an active bar license in good standing. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large law firm setting, specifically focused on risk management or conflicts clearance, is required.
