Marketing Coordinator

who loves being creative and seeing their ideas turn into something real. You’ll have the opportunity to design, create content, support campaigns and events, and help shape how Joseph’s shows up across our stores and digital channels. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy working on a variety of projects, and want to see the impact of your work every day, we’d like to meet you. This is an on-site position based in our Palm Beach Gardens office. What You’ll Own Creative & Graphic Design:

Create flyers, promotional materials, in-store signage, product labels, and other print and digital assets while maintaining a consistent and polished Joseph’s brand. Campaign Execution:

Help manage the marketing calendar and bring promotions, seasonal campaigns, and company initiatives from idea through execution. Digital Marketing:

Support website updates, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels while keeping content fresh, relevant, and engaging. Content Creation:

Help create photography, video, graphics, and written content that showcase our food, stores, people, events, and brand. In-Store Marketing:

Work with store teams and department managers to create signage, promotions, and materials that support sales and improve the customer experience. Events & Community:

Help coordinate events, vendor partnerships, photo shoots, community initiatives, and other opportunities to build awareness of Joseph’s. Customer Engagement:

Monitor and respond to online reviews while helping ensure our brand voice and commitment to customer service carry through our digital presence. Organization & Execution:

Keep marketing files, projects, deadlines, and materials organized while helping the team manage multiple priorities at once. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or a similar role Strong design skills with a good eye for layout, branding, consistency, and detail Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Photoshop, and social media platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail Creative, resourceful, and comfortable turning ideas into finished work Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and take feedback Interest in food, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus Why Joseph’s?
