In our context of strong growth, we are opening two Tech Lead positions within our Tech teams:

• For the Contract Squad in Kevin's Tribe – functions related to contract management and lifecycle
• For the Claims Squad in Farida's Tribe – functions related to reimbursement requests and their automation

Both roles share a common foundation: being the technical and methodological reference for a squad, while actively participating in development, architecture, and delivery. Depending on your preference, you can focus on a more technical role or a more organizational/leadership role.

Your missions will include:

• Development & Implementation: Design and develop new features and improve existing ones; participate in technical architecture development; collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure a smooth user interface; ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices (unit tests, integration tests, E2E tests, TDD, Clean Code/Clean Archi)
• Maintenance & Support: Ensure the stability, performance, and security of applications; contribute to observability analyses and optimizations; document functionalities, APIs, and technical components
• Technical Leadership & Support: Be the technical reference point for the team; define, disseminate, and evolve best practices in development; support the skill development of developers; lead the team's delivery (distribution, progress, prioritization)
• Collaboration & Communication: Report team needs to the Engineering Manager; communicate technical and organizational decisions to the team; ensure technical and functional coherence within the Tribe; foster cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with the Data team for automation)
• Vigilance & Continuous Improvement: Implement or propose improvements in quality, security, performance, and scalability of applications; participate in technical life (workshops, internal talks, improvement time…); integrate or test AI approaches when relevant

Stack & Environment:

• PHP Symfony, Python, TypeScript/NodeJS, AWS
• Jira, Confluence
• Claude Code
• 2-week sprints

To succeed in this role:

• 7–8 years of minimum fullstack development experience (with a strong focus on back-end), including experience as a tech lead
• Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD
• Ability to structure, organize, and prioritize
• Leadership: desire to rally, engage, guide, and collaborate
• Proactivity: force of proposal, initiative, continuous improvement
• Curiosity for complex business functionalities (management rules, regulations)
• Comfort with agility
• Proficiency in English (B2)
• Knowledge/use of AI (Claude Code)
