Patient Access Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support patient engagement, the part-time hourly Patient Access Coordinator will provide high-quality support through phone and digital channels, guiding patients through registration and eligibility processes while maintaining service standards. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient communications, managing approximately 100-125 calls per week Follow standard scripts and workflows to ensure accurate and consistent patient support Accurately document patient interactions and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college education preferred Spanish speaking preferred Motivated to build a career in patient services or healthcare operations Dependable and organized with the ability to follow established processes consistently Comfortable learning new tools and technology Virtual Vocations Inc
