Digital Experience & Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Experience & Solutions Analyst to help evaluate, prototype, implement, and improve digital solutions across Liberty Furniture. This role combines analysis, practical development, and project execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with digital platforms, and turning ideas into usable solutions. The position will support website and e-commerce initiatives, digital discovery and search, system integrations, analytics, AI and automation, and other digital projects. The analyst will work with internal teams and external partners to help plan, test, implement, and continuously improve digital experiences and solutions. The ideal candidate will have enough professional experience to contribute quickly while still wanting to develop broader capabilities across digital technology. This is not a purely development or marketing role. It requires someone who can understand a business need, evaluate possible solutions, and participate directly in implementation. Key Responsibilities Work with business teams to understand needs and translate them into practical digital solutions and project requirements Support the development and ongoing improvement of Liberty's websites, content management platforms, and e-commerce experiences Support traditional and AI-assisted search initiatives through website improvements, product information, content delivery, and performance measurement Help improve how product information, photography, pricing, inventory, and other digital assets are used across Liberty and retailer digital experiences Work with APIs, data feeds, and modern application platforms to support integrations and exchange information between systems Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, lightweight applications, automations, and other digital tools to evaluate new ideas Create wireframes, mockups, or interactive prototypes to help stakeholders visualize proposed solutions Use analytics and other available data to identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience, and business processes Research, test, and evaluate AI, agentic AI, automation tools, software applications, and emerging digital platforms Collaborate with external digital, design, search, and technology partners to plan, test, and implement solutions Help Liberty retain internal knowledge of partner-delivered solutions through documentation, testing, routine administration, and ongoing enhancements Evaluate build, buy, and configure options and provide practical recommendations based on business value, cost, complexity, and maintainability Document solutions, findings, processes, and recommendations and support projects from initial concept through implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Technology, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Two to four years of professional experience in digital technology, web development, e-commerce, application support, systems integration, or a related area Practical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data feeds, and how modern applications exchange information Experience supporting or enhancing a website, content management system, e-commerce platform, application, or other digital solution Ability to troubleshoot problems, learn unfamiliar technologies, and work independently through loosely defined requirements Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical team members, and external partners Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as business needs and technology change Preferred Experience Experience with Shopify (or similar), modern content management systems, product data, digital assets, APIs, or feeds in an e-commerce or retail environment Exposure to search engine optimization, AI-assisted search, Google Analytics 4, conversion optimization, or digital performance measurement Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma or similar prototyping platforms Familiarity with Git, Python, SQL, low-code platforms, cloud technologies, or integration tools Experience building, configuring, or experimenting with AI agents, workflow automation, or generative AI tools What Success Looks Like Contributes quickly to website, e-commerce, digital platform, and technology projects Takes ownership of smaller initiatives and moves them from a business need to a working solution Effectively supports external partners while building internal knowledge and ownership Builds practical prototypes and solutions that improve customer experiences or business processes Uses analytics, testing, and feedback to identify and prioritize improvements Expands capabilities over time across websites, search, integrations, AI, automation, and emerging technology Becomes a flexible and dependable resource capable of supporting a variety of digital initiatives This role works closely with Digital leadership and teams across the organization, as well as external digital and technology partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working on a variety of projects. Priorities may shift as new business needs and technologies emerge.
