Atlanta, GA $250,000–$300,000 base + bonus Employee-Owned (ESOP) JL Partners is seeking a Project Executive Healthcare to lead and grow its healthcare construction portfolio in the Atlanta market. This is a senior leadership role for a builder who can operate at a strategic level, driving client relationships, operational excellence, team development, and market expansion across complex healthcare projects. What You’ll Do: Drive business development and client partnerships Build, mentor, and scale high-performing project teams Oversee operations, financial performance, and delivery excellence Act as a market leader for healthcare construction in Atlanta Why This Role: $250K–$300K base + bonus Employee-owned company (ESOP) – real equity, real upside Long-term leadership platform, not just a job Strong brand, strong backlog, strong growth strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr JL Partners
