About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide dynamic and transformational executive leadership. The COO will be responsible for leading and optimizing day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This role involves overseeing all clinic operations, facilities management, and IT strategy, as well as facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to align with organizational goals and healthcare standards. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic and executive leadership, serving as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, and will have a key role in social care and street medicine, particularly in the oversight of social care teams and their alignment with the company's strategic plan. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong management, leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills are essential, as is a proven track record in strategic planning, operational execution, and change management. The role requires excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build consensus and foster collaboration. Experience in a mission-driven nonprofit institution, particularly in healthcare, is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at managing cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives in complex settings.
