About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plans. This role demands a leader with deep expertise in the financial services sector, particularly in areas such as wealth management, trust services, fiduciary services, or ESOP administration. The COO will oversee a wide range of functions, including operations, finance, accounting, HR, IT, governance, compliance, and enterprise-wide project management, ensuring the company's operations are efficient, accurate, and scalable while maintaining strong governance and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities for the COO include translating strategy into operational and financial plans, leading cross-functional initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor on business performance. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing operational policies, and establishing KPIs for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant financial services vertical, a proven track record in a senior leadership role, and a strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Preferred credentials include a CPA, CFA, or MBA, and experience in ESOP, trust administration, or fiduciary services is strongly preferred. The COO must be a strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution capabilities, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
