Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located in the North side of Tahlequah Oklahoma is looking for a Human Resource Manager JOB DUTIES Manage employee and labor relations, training, organizational development and effectiveness, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and continuous improvement Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices Responsible for benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy and procedure compliance, record keeping, and payroll support Processes new hire paperwork and employee changes such as promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, etc. REQUIRED Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience working in Human Resources 1+ years experience working in a manufacturing plant environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
