About the Role:
Join ALLERAIT SOLUTIONS LLC as an Enterprise Architect and SharePoint Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our IT strategy and driving innovative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can harness the power of SharePoint to enhance collaboration and efficiency across our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Conduct structured discovery and impact analysis sessions with Government division stakeholders to inventory existing SharePoint solutions, document current-state business functions, and identify integration dependencies
• Provide enterprise and system architecture guidance on IT solutions, data management strategy, business alignment, and cloud usage in accordance with Government IT policies
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with federal policies
• Architect shared microservices using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes on Government approved cloud platforms)
• Design and build SharePoint Online solutions integrating Microsoft Power Platform components: PowerApps, Power Automate, Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, and custom connectors
• Evaluate object/data models, advance new ideas for data access improvement, and produce technical reports on computing environments and cloud solutions
• Implement architecture governance controls and provide guidelines for cloud usage consistent with Enterprise Architecture requirements
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept samples for stakeholder review prior to full implementation
• Submit bi-weekly performance reports to the PM detailing tasks completed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented
• Collaborate with Government service organizations and data division informaticians on architecture decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-721, MS-301)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture and SharePoint Online development, migration, and administration within federal environments
• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite: PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams, custom connectors, and Azure integrations
• Experience with managed environment configuration, security integration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Knowledge of federal cloud architecture standards including FedRAMP, EPLC, and IS2P
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native design patterns
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise integration.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or SharePoint certifications preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• Experience with Government SharePoint environments
• Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) experience
