Business Operations Analyst
POSITION LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 (100% Onsite)
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 6 months Contract to Hire role

Pay Range: $35 to 45/hr. on W2 ONLY

FUNCTION OF THE GROUP/INITIATIVES/PROJECTS: We are a newer group to Client and we are established within technology. We are managing technology workforce and aligning to Client leaderships strategic priorities of having a world class workforce. We are part of the technology business operations group and we include a wide variety of thing workforce related to drive towards that goal. We work with HR, FlexStaff, Risk , Sourcing, Legal, Finance, technology leaders and their business offices.

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Open, HR / Staffing area experience may be a plus

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Temporary need in support of someone who will be on leave and this person will be assisting in the workforce operations area under this Technology Workforce.
There is some residual administrative work to be complete.
Reporting and aggregating information.
Putting summaries of information together.
Using excel to pull data, analyze it, put it in pivot tables, do x lookups, determine what is important in the data and what kinds of summaries to put together.
Interfacing with the business offices and technology and organizing meeting agenda.
Meetings - Organizes weekly meetings, who need to come, who needs to bring agenda, etc.
Working with rosters.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (8+ Years of Experience Required):
Advanced Excel Skills,
Advanced PowerPoint Skills,
SharePoint,
Knowledge of SharePoint content development (e.g. creating SharePoint web pages)

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Required

PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE:
1. Have you ever built a Pivot Table for someone else to use? What's the most advanced thing you regularly do with Pivot Tables?
2. Have you developed PowerPoint presentations with a summary content and communication materials for a wide variety of audiences? Please describe.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
IN PERSON INTERVIEWS: Will be 1-3 interviews depending on timing of employee going on leave. Each interview will be 30-60 minutes.
