Operations Supervisor

Overview First Choice Coffee Services has been delivering premium office coffee experiences to businesses across the U.S. for nearly 50 years. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our growing team and help us continue to fuel workplaces with excellent service and quality. Responsibilities Ensure all route drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning, and manage product rotation and par levels. Work with the Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency. Ensure all service technicians are loaded and ready for service calls on time each morning. Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are completed so routes are ready for the next workday. Ensure the proper completion of all end‑of‑day paperwork by route drivers and service technicians. Set clear daily equipment repair objectives for refurbishing. Minimize overtime work by operations employees. Instruct drivers, technicians, and warehouse employees in safe operation of equipment and vehicles, proper loading and lifting techniques, and accident reporting requirements. Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse and ensure all trucks are kept clean (inside and out), organized, and routinely maintained. Provide route relief and/or service work during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences. Coordinate with Customer Service to oversee daily field work and with Sales to align installs and equipment needs. Keep the Branch Manager informed of parts and equipment needs. Address employee issues promptly and escalate significant concerns to management. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
