Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We will lead the Enablement and Chief of Staff function for Workforce & Experience Technology and the Employee Platforms CTO, working with business stakeholders, technical program managers, finance and business management, and HR to oversee technology spend, monthly reviews, forecasts, budget alignment, and HR needs.
• We will drive portfolio governance activities, including portfolio reporting and executive performance insights, in partnership with engineering leads and product owners, while steering the engineering book of work and aligning OKRs.
• We will partner with Portfolio Management and Governance leads on the HR/EX product side to support annual budget planning and monthly reviews, strengthening financial discipline and strategic alignment.
• We will establish and run leadership operating rhythms that improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
• We will create, refine, and maintain recurring processes that support consistent delivery and keep the business of WxT operating smoothly, removing unnecessary toil where possible.
• We will use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to speed up processes and workflows, validate outputs, and handle data according to sensitivity requirements.
• We will prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CIO to support decision-making with relevant data, insights, and recommendations.
• We will partner with leaders and relevant functions such as Human Resources and Finance on workforce planning, location strategy, organizational health, and talent priorities and reviews.
• We will support change management efforts tied to transformation, process improvements, and organizational restructuring.
• We will promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
• We will lead team-relevant discussions and contribute to cross-group initiatives that strengthen cohesion and shared outcomes.
