Role Description The Real Estate Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in Sugar Land, TX, supporting the Audra O'Neal Team's daily operations. In this role, the assistant helps manage listings, organize property showings, and coordinate appointments and calendars for agents. Responsibilities include preparing and updating marketing materials, maintaining client files and databases, and handling routine administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and follow-up communication. The assistant serves as a first point of contact for clients, providing responsive customer service and timely information about properties and transactions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflows, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent, professional communication across all channels. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and partners. Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge and familiarity with property transactions, listings, and local market practices. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and digital tools used in modern real estate operations. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or licensing in real estate is a plus.
