I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. I began my State Farm career in 2011 as a team member before earning the opportunity to become an agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, married with three daughters, and enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Cody Guyer - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
