Recruiter Position

Seeking recruiter for Phoenix location. High volume. Position is in office and not remote.

Details include:

Recruits hourly paid manufacturing and hospitality employees.
Holds job fairs, works with government agencies and places online ads.
Interviews employees.
Sets up second interviews.
New hire orientation.

Job requirements:

Two years recruiting in a high volume environment.
Hotel and manufacturing experience is a plus.
Bi-lingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
