Product Development Coordinator

Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $32.86-36.51 Hourly (up to $36.51/hr) Start Date: Jul 6, 2026 Product Development Coordinator About the Role We're looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support the execution of the product lifecycle and act as a key partner to Design, Production, and Sourcing teams. This role plays a critical part in bringing products from concept through development and into production. What You'll Do Support the end-to-end product development process, from concept through sampling and pre‑production Track and manage sample development, ensuring prototypes and key samples are delivered on time Build and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars to keep programs on schedule Partner with vendors and mills to monitor progress and resolve issues related to timelines or quality Enter, track, and validate product costing data, identifying and escalating discrepancies Maintain accurate product information across systems and tools Collaborate closely with Design, Pre‑Production, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution Proactively communicate risks and help drive solutions to keep development on track What We're Looking For 1‑3+ years of experience in product development, production, sourcing, or merchandising operations (apparel or related industry preferred) Experience supporting sample tracking, prototype management, or product lifecycle processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styles, deadlines, and priorities Comfortable working with vendors and cross‑functional partners Experience with cost tracking, BOMs, or product data management Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process execution Nice to Have Experience in apparel, footwear, or retail product development Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., FlexPLM, Centric, or similar tools) Understanding of materials, trims, and garment construction basics Exposure to global sourcing or offshore vendor management Why Join You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team working on dynamic product lines with opportunities to grow your career and make a tangible impact on the product creation process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Skill
