The team is small, technical, highly ambitious, and building in a market where the pain is urgent, the workflows are complex, and the opportunity is massive. We are now hiring a founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the demand engine from the ground up. Why join us? This is a great fit for someone who wants to own the full stack of early GTM: demand creation, signal-based outbound, positioning, content, founder/community distribution, partnerships, referrals, conversion, attribution, and the systems that make it all scale. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team, have meaningful ownership from day one, and help define the GTM foundation before the company scales the team around you. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can create pipeline, build systems, sharpen messaging, and turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion. You’ll own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems. You’ll build the outbound stack, define ICP/account targeting, write and test messaging, optimize conversion, and create the dashboards needed to measure what is working. This role is ideal for someone who has built growth from zero before – a founding marketer, GTM engineer, demand gen lead, or Head of Growth type who is comfortable being both strategic and extremely hands‑on.
