Title
RN Supervisor - Skilled Nursing

Schedule
- Weekly hours: 36 hours (3 × 8-hour shifts + 1 × 12-hour shift)
- Shift times (may vary): 11p-7a, 3p-11p, 7p-7a
- Weekend coverage: Every other weekend

Requirements
- License: New York RN license required
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of charge experience required; prior experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred
- EMR: EPIC charting experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise and patient flow support across multiple units during off shifts.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery.
- Manage emergency situations and code responses as needed.
- Oversee infection control practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans, and care coordination.
- Facilitate de-escalation and management of challenging behaviors.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 80 hours
- Pre-approved time off: One per contract
- Background checks: Reviewed case-by-case
