Legal Assistant - General Liability

Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys, the full-time Legal Assistant - General Liability will manage attorney calendars, prepare legal documents, and assist with case preparation in a fast-paced legal environment. Key responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, and maintain organized client files Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and court systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
