Overview
Registered Nurse - Rehab, travel assignment in Petoskey, Michigan, United States. Start date 08/10/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,801–$1,866 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:30 PM–7:30 AM). Work setting: inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care for rehabilitation patients, based on physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments, using the CPM and Caring-Quality Model.
- Monitor and manage patients with rehab needs, assess progress, detect and prevent potential complications, adjust plans of care, and contribute to discharge planning.
- Apply clinical judgment to diagnose and respond to patient health conditions; ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership by sharing knowledge, serving as a clinical resource, and maintaining effective communication with the interdisciplinary team using SBAR.
- Promote safe, efficient care with strong time management and by supporting teammates to optimize outcomes.
- Perform other duties consistent with unit competency objectives and participate in ongoing education and annual competency assessments.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Minimum 2 years acute rehabilitation experience
- Ability to work in an inpatient rehab setting within a hospital
- Weekend availability: Every other weekend
- No on-call duties
